It’s not like caffeine! It gradually allows you to be your better self. I just finished a bottle but ordered another one to keep it going. I guess my body was just missing some crucial components.

Ordered these as I've heard many things about the benefits of sea moss. I am not a fan of having to take vitamins more than once a day so I was happy that these didn't require that. Still too early to comment on any significant changes in my body, but I haven't any bad side effects atleast. Will update if there are any significant changes!
