I’ve been using Go With The Flow like clock work for over 5 years. I used it before my periods stopped and I still use it. It mutes the nasty peri-menstrual symptoms and peri -menopause symptoms. When my second brother died suddenly and violently not long after my first brother died tragically (both young and vibrant), I tired Joy Filled to combat the depression. It actually works. Takes the edge off. Helps you live to see another day. Now I also take Naymastay in Bed as well. I only take one as I don’t typically tolerate melatonin at all, but in conjunction with GABA, I fall and stay asleep for a good 7 hours, without nightmares, which hasn’t happened, well ever. I’ve tried Be Grounded as well. I don’t notice much difference but I am going to try again. I have layered in the Collagen Booster and my hair and nails (despite menopause hitting suddenly 18 months ago) are thick and strong. Last but not least I take the Ashwagandha and Maca. This levels me out and helps to balance my hormones and give me energy along with (occasionally) Pick Me Up. Honestly the only barrier to whether I take all of these supplements or reduce it down to the bare minimum, is cost. They range from $20-30 per bottle. I wish there was a frequent user discount. Otherwise, I’ve been satisfied with each product I’ve tried. The ingredients are quality and seem to be at a consistent strength-unlike a lot of products out there.
