Wonderful product

This product has significantly helped reduce hot flashes, cramps, mood swings, and fatigue. I take the recommended dose for 3 days prior to and 3 days during my cycle, then take 1 every day outside of that time. This helps me tremendously and it does actually work, at least for me. It's a healthy and natural alternative that has given me the results I have been looking for! It is a little pricey but I would say that it is definitely worth it.
